Graduates may take up a post at supervisory level and are possibly acting as property management specialist, assistant manager (property management), housing officer, facility management officer, leasing manager, maintenance officer.
Professional Recognition
To attain the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) license, one of the qualifying criteria is the completion of this programme. In conjunction with this educational requirement, applicants must also meet either one of the following work experience criteria: one year of relevant work experience under the supervision of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) personnel, or two years of relevant work experience without the supervision of a Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) personnel.


Notes: The revalidation of programme will be conducted in 2025. The curriculum will be updated if circumstances so warrant.
