Students will learn a second language (Business Japanese, Korean or Spanish) which will open up their professional and personal opportunities to equip them to work in multinational enterprises and global business.

Students will be offered international exposure and connections through short-term experience including study, internship and cross-cultural learning to enhance their learning, life skills and employment prospects.

This programme offers two streams in Year 2. Students will opt to study in either stream. The streaming allocation is based on criteria such as the number of places available in specific stream, the choice of students and their academic performance. Business Discipline reserves the right to allocate streaming.

• Global Business Strategies Graduates are competent to develop their career in relevant trade areas in global business and trade sectors. They are competent to take up positions at Officer/Executive level in areas such as administration, business, e-commerce, finance, shipping, exhibition, marketing, sourcing and logistics in multinational enterprises. Business Discipline has established closed relationship and partnership with business enterprises and professional bodies. The department will invite guest speakers from various professions and arrange related workplace attachments for students to enhance their professional knowledge and employability.
