The programme emphasises both theory and practical application. In collaboration with the major online retailer “Tmall Campus,” a Tmall Campus Training Center has been established on campus to provide students with professional training and hands-on experience in retail, e-commerce and livestreaming sectors. To align with industry developments, the curriculum is developed with reference to standards set by industry certification bodies, offering relevant teaching content and assessments. Students can participate in international and regional examinations to obtain multiple certificates or professional qualifications, thereby enhancing their competitiveness in further studies and employment. • e-Store Operations and Practices

• Global Retail Merchandising Graduates will be competent to take up positions in a wide range of retail and e-commerce related posts. Apart from working as Retail Management Trainee, Store Supervisor, E-Commerce Executive, Retail Merchandiser, Digital Marketing Officer, Retail Marketing Officer, etc. in different organizations, students may even start their own e-store or retail business after graduation. Students may join the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing as Student Member.
The programme is the Associate Member of Hong Kong Retail Management Association.
